The score counts what each casino publishes about licence, verification and limits, not how much we like the lobby. Casinos are ordered by score.
Bitcoin casino Canada board: how to read it
The board at the top of this page is the short version of our Bitcoin casino Canada research. Each row is one casino, and each column answers one question a Canadian player asks before sending coins anywhere.
Coins shows the first two coins in the cashier and how many more there are. A casino that lists Bitcoin, Ethereum and a dozen other assets lets you pick the cheapest network on the day you deposit.
Withdrawal limit is the cap written in the casino's own terms, with the period it applies to. Where the terms name no number, the board says not stated. That is not the same as no limit: it means the casino has not published one, and can still apply one.
ID check is the point at which the casino asks for documents. On request means the terms let the casino ask at any time without naming an amount. From $2,500 means the casino wrote that number down. Not read means we have not been able to read that casino's rule ourselves yet, so we leave the cell empty rather than copy a figure from somewhere else.
The last column links to our review when it exists. There is no hidden ranking under the board: the cards above repeat the same casinos with more detail and a score out of five.
Why a Bitcoin casino in Canada works differently
A Canadian online casino that takes Interac usually holds your money in Canadian dollars, pays out to your bank and runs its checks through your bank details. A Bitcoin casino skips the bank on the casino side. You arrive with coins, the balance is held in coins (or shown in dollars and settled in coins), and the payout goes to a wallet address you give it.
That changes three things.
The first is speed. Once the casino approves a withdrawal, the coins move on the blockchain without a bank holiday, a cut-off time or a weekend. The second is who checks you, and when. A bank-based casino checks you through your bank from the start. A crypto casino can let you play first and check later, which is why the verification clause matters so much on our Bitcoin casino Canada board. The third is price. Bitcoin moves against the Canadian dollar while you play. A balance of 0.01 BTC can be worth more or less in dollars at the end of the evening than at the start, regardless of what happened at the tables.
None of this makes a crypto casino better or worse than an Interac one. It makes it different, and the differences are where Canadian players lose money if they do not read the terms.
The top five on our Bitcoin casino Canada board
The cards above show nine casinos. These are the five we would point a first-time Canadian crypto player to, and why.
Vave: one balance for the casino and the sportsbook
Vave runs under licence OGL/2024/1676/0905 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, held by Latcas B.V. The cashier lists around 90 coins, with Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, Dogecoin and TON at the top. The casino and the sportsbook share one balance, which suits a player who wants a hockey bet and a few slot spins from the same deposit.
The terms are specific in two places. Clause 8.7 says documents may be requested before any payout, at the casino's discretion. Clause 8.8 says that amounts above 50,000 USDT can be paid in equal instalments over up to 30 days. For most players that ceiling will never matter; for a large win it is the line to know about before playing.
Good for: casino plus sportsbook on one account, a long coin list. Watch: large wins can be split into instalments.
Rocketpot: the clearest ID rule on the board
Rocketpot, run by Danneskjold Ventures B.V. under Curaçao licence 1668/JAZ, is the only casino on our Bitcoin casino Canada board that ties verification to a threshold written as a number. Clause 11.4: withdrawals above 0.05 BTC or $2,500 may require verification. Clause 11.5 sets a withdrawal cap of US$5,000 per month.

That pair of numbers is useful in two directions. A player who expects to cash out small amounts knows exactly where the document request begins. A player chasing a large jackpot knows that a big win will be paid out over several months, after verification. Thirteen coins are accepted, including USDC and DAI as stablecoins.
Good for: predictable rules, small and medium withdrawals. Watch: the US$5,000 monthly cap.
Bitcasino.io: the highest written cap
Bitcasino.io now operates under an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202509076, held by EZ Spins Ltd. The withdrawal rules we read are from its terms under the previous Curaçao licence, and they are generous: a weekly cap of 1,000,000 USDT in clause 6.10, and extra checks on withdrawals above €2,500 or the crypto equivalent. We note the licence change because a new licence can come with new terms, and we will re-read them.
Good for: high rollers who care about the ceiling. Watch: the licence changed in 2026; check the current terms before a large deposit.
Wild.io: twelve coins and a written weekly cap
Wild.io also moved to Anjouan, under ALSI-202504044-FI2 held by Stack Gaming Ltd. Its cashier takes twelve coins: BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, DOGE, ADA, XRP, TRX, BNB, SOL, USDT and USDC. The terms we read under the previous licence put the weekly withdrawal cap at US$100,000 (clause 9.6) and allow security checks before the first withdrawal. Twelve coins means a Canadian player can pick Solana or Tron for fast, cheap transfers, or USDC for a stable balance.
Good for: coin choice, fast networks. Watch: a check can come before your first payout, so do a small test withdrawal early.
BitStarz: its own provably fair games
BitStarz runs under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/165/0185, held by Gareton B.V. Next to a large slot lobby it has its own provably fair games, where you can check each result against a seed after the round. The terms make verification a standard procedure: proof of identity, payment and address can be requested at the casino's discretion.
Good for: players who want to verify results themselves. Watch: no withdrawal cap is written as a number in the terms we read.
Deposit with Bitcoin or another coin, play the casino or the sportsbook, and withdraw straight to your wallet.
How we built this Bitcoin casino Canada ranking
A ranking is only as good as what it measures. Ours measures what a casino is willing to put in writing, because that is what you can hold it to later.
- Licence, checked in the register. We look the licence number up in the regulator's public register (Curaçao Gaming Authority or the Anjouan register) and note the company that holds it. A casino whose licence number does not appear, or appears under another company, is marked down.
- Verification clause. We read the KYC section of the terms and note whether it names an amount, a trigger or only a right to ask.
- Withdrawal limit. We look for a written cap and the period it applies to, and for rules about instalments.
- Coins. We count the coins in the cashier and note the stablecoins, because a stablecoin balance protects you from price swings while you play.
- Provably fair games. We note whether the casino offers games whose results you can verify.
Each item adds to the score out of five. The full formula, with the weight of each item, is on the how we rate page. What we do not do is score a casino on how its lobby looks, or on claims we cannot check: if a fact is not in the casino's own documents or in a licence register, it is not in our Bitcoin casino Canada board.
From Interac to Bitcoin: the route most Canadians use
Very few crypto casinos take Interac directly. The common route goes through a Canadian exchange, and it takes five steps.
- Open an account on a Canadian exchange that takes CAD. Most of them, Shakepay and Newton among them, accept Interac e-Transfer deposits. The exchange will verify your identity; that is the exchange's rule, not the casino's.
- Send CAD by Interac e-Transfer to the exchange and wait for it to arrive in your balance.
- Buy the coin you will deposit. Bitcoin works everywhere on our board. Litecoin or USDT on the Tron network are usually cheaper and faster to send.
- Withdraw the coin to a wallet you control. Sending from your own wallet to the casino keeps the exchange out of the gambling transaction and gives you a record of every transfer.
- Copy the deposit address from the casino cashier and send. Always check the network: an address for USDT on Tron is not an address for USDT on Ethereum.
The Interac casinos page covers each step with screenshots and the mistakes that cost people money, and buying Bitcoin in Canada compares the exchanges.

Which coin to use at a Bitcoin casino in Canada
Bitcoin is the default, but it is rarely the cheapest or the fastest coin to move. What decides the waiting time is the network, and the casino's processing on top of it.
| Coin | Network | Average block time | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin (BTC) | Bitcoin | ~10 min | accepted everywhere |
| Litecoin (LTC) | Litecoin | ~2.5 min | fast, low fees |
| Tether (USDT) | Tron | ~3 s | stable balance, low fees |
| Ethereum (ETH) | Ethereum | ~12 s | wide acceptance |
| Solana (SOL) | Solana | under 1 s | very fast transfers |
Block time is not the whole wait. Casinos and wallets wait for a number of confirmations before crediting a deposit, and the casino's own approval comes before a withdrawal is sent. Still, a Litecoin or Tron transfer usually settles in minutes, where a Bitcoin transfer that needs several confirmations can take an hour.
Here is which coins the casinos on our Bitcoin casino Canada board accept most often:
| Coin | Casinos | Where |
|---|---|---|
| BTC | 9 | Vave, Wild.io, Rocketpot, Shuffle, Metaspins, DuckDice, Wolf.bet, BC.Game, Cloudbet |
| ETH | 9 | Vave, Wild.io, Rocketpot, Shuffle, Metaspins, DuckDice, Wolf.bet, BC.Game, Cloudbet |
| USDT | 9 | Vave, Wild.io, Rocketpot, Shuffle, Metaspins, DuckDice, Wolf.bet, BC.Game, Cloudbet |
| LTC | 8 | Vave, Wild.io, Rocketpot, Shuffle, Metaspins, DuckDice, BC.Game, Cloudbet |
| DOGE | 6 | Vave, Wild.io, Rocketpot, Metaspins, Wolf.bet, Cloudbet |
| BCH | 6 | Wild.io, Rocketpot, Metaspins, DuckDice, Wolf.bet, Cloudbet |
| XRP | 5 | Wild.io, Rocketpot, DuckDice, Wolf.bet, BC.Game |
| TRX | 5 | Wild.io, Rocketpot, Metaspins, DuckDice, BC.Game |
| ADA | 4 | Wild.io, Rocketpot, Metaspins, Wolf.bet |
| SOL | 4 | Wild.io, Shuffle, DuckDice, Wolf.bet |
| USDC | 3 | Wild.io, Rocketpot, Wolf.bet |
A stablecoin is worth a word on its own. USDT and USDC track the US dollar, so a balance held in them does not rise or fall with the crypto market while you play. You still carry the exchange rate between the US and Canadian dollar, which moves far less. More on each coin: Bitcoin casinos, USDT casinos, Ethereum casinos, or the full coins section.
Withdrawal limits and ID checks, side by side
This is the table we wish every Bitcoin casino Canada comparison carried. It is taken from the casinos' own terms; the clause numbers let you check us.
| Casino | Withdrawal cap | ID check | Clause |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rocketpot | US$5,000 per month | above 0.05 BTC or $2,500 | 11.4, 11.5 |
| Bitcasino.io | 1,000,000 USDT per week | extra checks above €2,500 | 6.10 |
| Wild.io | US$100,000 per week | possible before first withdrawal | 9.6 |
| Vave | instalments above 50,000 USDT, up to 30 days | before any payout, at discretion | 8.7, 8.8 |
| Shuffle | not stated | at any time | 4.1 |
| Metaspins | not stated | after an unpublished threshold | 9.7 |
| DuckDice | not stated | identity, location, funds at any time | Section 2 |
| Wolf.bet | not stated | before payouts | section 5 |
Two things stand out. First, only Rocketpot ties verification to a written amount, and Bitcasino.io names one for extra checks; everyone else keeps the right to ask whenever they choose. That is normal in the industry, and it is the reason we tell every player to make a small withdrawal early, before a large balance builds up. Second, a written cap is a good sign, not a bad one: a casino that publishes US$5,000 per month has told you the worst case. A casino that publishes nothing can still apply a limit, and you find out only when you ask for the money.

What you can play at a Bitcoin casino
The game lobby of a crypto casino looks much like any online casino, with a few additions.
Slots make up most of the lobby, from the same studios Canadian players know from Interac casinos: Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, NetEnt and others. The RTP of a slot is set by the studio, and some studios ship several RTP versions of the same game; the casino picks which one to run. The game's information screen shows the version in use.
Live tables stream blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows from a studio, with a human dealer. Bets are placed from your crypto balance, usually displayed in dollars.
Crypto originals are the part you will not find at most Interac casinos: Plinko, Crash, Dice, Mines, Limbo and similar games, often built by the casino itself. Many of them are provably fair. Before each round the casino commits to a hashed server seed; after the round it reveals the seed, and you can recompute the result with your own client seed to confirm it was not changed. BitStarz, Shuffle, DuckDice, Wolf.bet, BC.Game and Stake all offer games of this kind.
Sportsbooks sit on the same account at several casinos on our board, including Vave, Wild.io, Shuffle, Cloudbet and Stake. For a Canadian player that means NHL, CFL, NBA and MLB markets paid from the same Bitcoin balance as the casino. The crypto sportsbooks page compares them.
Bonuses at a Bitcoin casino: read the wagering first
Crypto casinos advertise welcome packages, reload offers, cashback and rakeback. The headline number matters less than three lines in the bonus terms.
- Wagering requirement. A 35× requirement on a $100 bonus means $3,500 in bets before the bonus money can be withdrawn.
- Game weighting. Slots usually count in full; table games and crypto originals often count for little or nothing. A player who mostly plays Plinko or blackjack can end up with a bonus that is almost impossible to clear.
- Maximum bet while wagering. Exceeding it can void the bonus and the winnings.
If you plan to play mostly crypto originals or live tables, declining the bonus is often the simpler choice. A bonus also usually locks the withdrawal until it is cleared, which matters if speed is the reason you chose a Bitcoin casino in the first place.
How to sign up at a Bitcoin casino from Canada
Signing up takes a few minutes; the slow part is getting coins the first time. In order:
- Choose a casino from the board and look its licence up in the regulator's register.
- Register with an email address and a strong password. Turn on two-factor authentication straight away.
- Get coins. Buy Bitcoin, Litecoin or USDT on a Canadian exchange with Interac e-Transfer, then move them to your own wallet. The Interac route and our wallet guide cover this.
- Deposit a small amount first. Copy the address from the cashier, select the matching network and send. See how to deposit Bitcoin.
- Decide on the bonus only after reading its wagering requirement: wagering explained.
- Test a withdrawal of a few dollars before you deposit more. It tells you how long the casino takes and whether it asks for documents.
Bitcoin casinos for Canadians: pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Withdrawals often land within the hour once approved | The coin price moves while you play, unless you use a stablecoin |
| Dozens of coins, from Bitcoin to USDT and Solana | No CAD balance: you convert through an exchange |
| Provably fair originals you can verify yourself | Licences from Curaçao or Anjouan, not a Canadian regulator |
| Casino and sportsbook on one balance at several brands | ID checks can still be requested, usually at withdrawal |
| Small minimum deposits on cheap networks | A transfer on the wrong network is usually lost |
Playing on mobile
Every casino on the board runs in a phone browser, with the same account, cashier and lobby as on desktop. Deposits are often easier on mobile: your wallet app and the casino sit on the same device, and scanning or copying an address takes seconds. Crash games and Plinko were built for short sessions on a phone. Two habits matter more on mobile: check the network in the cashier before every deposit, and lock both the wallet app and the casino account with a PIN or biometrics.
Crash games at a Bitcoin casino
Crash games are the format crypto casinos made famous: a multiplier climbs, you cash out before it crashes. Our crash games hub reviews the five most played: Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Big Bass Crash and Crash X, with return to player, maximum multiplier and how auto cash-out works.
Studios behind the games
Slots and live tables at crypto casinos come from the same studios as elsewhere. Pragmatic Play supplies many of the most played slots, including Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus and Big Bass Bonanza. Hacksaw Gaming is known for high-volatility slots, and Evolution runs most of the live tables. The full list is on game providers; for the rest of the lobby, see crypto casino games and crypto slots.
A safety checklist for Canadian crypto players
Before your first deposit at any casino on this board, or anywhere else, run through this list.
- Look the licence up yourself. Search the number on the regulator's register and check that the company name matches the one in the casino's footer.
- Read the withdrawal section of the terms. Find the cap, the processing time and the verification clause. If you cannot find them, treat that as an answer.
- Deposit a small amount first, and withdraw it. A test withdrawal of a few dollars tells you how long the casino takes and whether it asks for documents.
- Turn on two-factor authentication on the casino account and on your exchange.
- Keep coins you are not playing with in your own wallet, not in the casino balance.
- Set a budget in dollars before you start, and remember that the coin price moves while you play. The responsible gambling page lists the tools and the Canadian help lines.
Who writes this Bitcoin casino Canada guide
Bitcoin Casino Canada is written by three people. Marc-André Tremblay, in Montréal, edits the site and covers payments and the Interac route. Emily Clarke, in Toronto, covers coins, networks and fees. Sarah MacLeod, in Calgary, covers the games and the sportsbooks. You can read more about each of them on the editorial team page.
We do not take payment for positions on the board. Some links on this site are partner links, and we may earn a commission when you sign up through them; that never changes a score, which comes from the casino's own documents. When a casino changes its licence or its terms, as Wild.io and Bitcasino.io did in 2026, we note it on the card and re-read the terms.

Questions and answers
What is the best Bitcoin casino in Canada?
There is no single answer, because the right casino depends on what you care about most. On our board, Rocketpot is the clearest about ID checks (a written $2,500 threshold), Bitcasino.io has the highest written weekly withdrawal cap (1,000,000 USDT), and Vave pairs a casino and a sportsbook with around 90 coins. The full ranking and the reasons are on the best crypto casinos page.
Can I deposit Canadian dollars at a Bitcoin casino?
Most crypto casinos take coins, not CAD. The usual route is to buy Bitcoin or a stablecoin on a Canadian exchange with Interac e-Transfer, send it to a wallet you control, and deposit from there. We walk through it step by step on the Interac casinos page.
How fast are withdrawals at a Bitcoin casino?
Two clocks run one after the other: the casino's own processing, and the blockchain. A Bitcoin block arrives about every ten minutes on average, so a withdrawal that the casino approves quickly usually lands within the hour. Litecoin, Tron and Solana confirm faster. Our instant withdrawal casinos page compares them.
Do Bitcoin casinos ask for ID?
Almost all of them keep the right to. Rocketpot is the only casino on our board that ties the check to a written amount (0.05 BTC or $2,500, clause 11.4); Bitcasino.io names €2,500 for extra checks on top of a general right to verify. The others say they can ask at any time, or before a payout. The no-KYC casinos page explains what that means in practice.
Which coin should I use?
For speed and low fees, Litecoin, USDT on the Tron network and Solana are the usual picks. For a balance that does not move with the market while you play, use a stablecoin such as USDT or USDC. Bitcoin itself is accepted everywhere on our board.
Are the scores on this site paid for?
No. The score counts what each casino publishes: licence holder, verification rule, withdrawal limit, number of coins and provably fair games. Casinos are ordered by that score. How the score works is on the how we rate page.
How long does it take to start playing?
Registration takes a few minutes. Buying crypto for the first time takes longer, because the exchange verifies your account once; after that, a deposit usually arrives in the time it takes the network to confirm it.
Do I pay tax on crypto casino winnings in Canada?
We do not give tax advice. Keep a record of deposits, withdrawals and the CAD value of coins on each date, and ask a qualified adviser about your own situation.
Can I play Bitcoin casinos on my phone?
Yes. The casinos on our board run in a mobile browser, with the same cashier, games and account as on desktop. Some also let you add the site to your home screen.
What are crash games?
Rounds where a multiplier climbs until it crashes and you cash out before it does. Aviator, JetX and Spaceman are the best known; our crash games page reviews five.
Which game studios do Bitcoin casinos use?
The same studios as other online casinos, such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and Evolution for live tables, plus the casino's own provably fair games. See game providers.
Is there a welcome bonus for new Canadian players?
Most casinos on our board offer one. The headline number matters less than the wagering requirement and game weighting; our bonuses page compares them.
What is the minimum deposit at a Bitcoin casino?
It is set per coin and per casino, often the equivalent of a few dollars to around $20. The cashier shows the minimum next to each coin and network.
Can I use PayPal or a card instead of crypto?
A few casinos offer card purchases of crypto through a partner, and PayPal can be used to buy crypto. Our payment methods page explains each route.
What should I do if a withdrawal is delayed?
Ask support in writing what is missing, keep screenshots, and check the withdrawal clause of the terms. If nothing moves, the licensing regulator accepts complaints. Our red flags article lists warning signs.
Are new crypto casinos safe to try?
A new casino has no track record, so start small and check its licence. We review newer brands separately on the new crypto casinos page.
