The RTP range, explained
A range means the studio offers several versions and the casino chooses one. At 98.9% the house keeps about 1.1% of stakes over the long run; at 96.2% it keeps 3.8%. Over a long session that difference adds up. If the casino shows the RTP in the game's info screen, check it before you play.
Four bets, one round
Four slots are not four times the chance to win. Each stake has the same expected return. What they change is the shape of your session: one bet at 1.5x and one at 10x, for example, gives frequent small wins with an occasional big one. Keep the total of all slots within your stake size, not each slot.
